-Blaine, Cisco: (same as Blane, Cisco) Real name: Houston, Ronnie. Originally from Detroit, worked for Fremunda, while secretly wanting to take Fremunda's position. After Fremunda died, Blaine was given control of the Union by Blockbuster (30). Really an undercover FBI agent assigned to bring down Blockbuster (45). Killed by Ryerstad (m: 46).
